The 2nd question after 'Your name please?' should be 'What type of insurance do you have?' Two different staff members in two successive days did NOT ask (despite the fact that I had not visited your office in six years which should have been a flag prompting the insurance question). So I found out upon arrival AFTER making a mid-day appointment that my current insurance was not 'in network' thereby totally wasting and ruining the day, due to the incompetence of apparently poorly trained staff.

Had to have a thyroid biopsy and was terrified. Very calming and procedure was done with great ease, I was in very competent hands!

He is very knowlegable and is very deficated.

Never calls back with results

I had two appointments with him. I have insurance but he did not take my insurance. I heard he was good so I was despite to feel better so I paid out of pocket to see him. 1st visit $250. The second visit was just for bloodwork because I was not feeling well after he changed my medication to something different then what I was taking. He charged me $100.00 to take blood. I live an hour away. He could have just send a script over to lab Corp and i could have got my blood drawn for free with my insurance right down the road from my house. I'm a single mother and I was trying to find a doctor that we as going to help me not rob me. He never called me back after the blood test, just sent me the results in the mail. I never heard from him again. I went to my PC and told them what happened, they put me back on my original medication. I'm currently looking for a new endo. Oh....and feeling much better.

Been seeing him for several years & he takes time to know his patients & their needs. Never rushes & discusses all your concerns. Calls when he's concerned & answers the phone himself on off hours!

Dr. Jennings sat down and LISTENED to me. He was not rushed and thoroughly explained everything to me. He is an awesome Dr.

My wait time was excellent and he really listens to all of your symptoms which is great. He was very thorough. He did not disclose that there was a fee for drawing blood which I'm sure I'm going to get stuck paying. He is VERY slow in calling you back with blood result. I had blood drawn 6 days ago and still don't know the results. I just called and left a message asking for them. I can't tell you about a follow up yet, but so far I would say slow.

I've been under Dr. Jennings' care since 2006 and without him, I would still be living a miserably limited life, in pain and with no energy. I drive over an hour to see him 2x/year and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. He got me T3 treatment, when most other endos are pressured to treat with synthetics like Synthroid which doesn't work for everyone. He later diagnosed my PCOS (polycystic ovaries) which was making my testosterone and blood sugar high and making it nearly impossible to lose weight. I got on Metformin for that and lost 30 lbs. In my most recent visit, we caught a Vitamin D deficiency (I did request the nutritional panel be run on my bloodwork; so don't be shy to ask for it--this is a common and debilitating deficiency) which has many of the similar symptoms of untreated or undertreated thyroid issues. In the 5 years I've been seeing him, he has always called within a few days of having blood drawn with the results; he'll even call on a weekend. He listens, he cares,… he spends all the time you need with him and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes, but it's usually about 5 minutes. In the past few years, he has hired more office staff and find that I do get someone on the phone most of the time. If not, try again or leave a message; I've never been ignored. If this happens to you, I have to believe it's a fluke and don't give up. If you need someone kind, respectful, patient, caring, a good listener, prescriber of T3 (Armour/Cytomel) and open minded, then this is your doctor. I wish more doctors cared as much as he does and were as attentive.
