Dr. Anthony Katras, MD

Dr. Anthony Katras is a vascular surgeon with four decades of experience in comprehensive surgical care. He earned his medical degree from East Tennessee State University J H Quillen College of Medicine and has dedicated 42 years to treating complex vascular conditions. Dr. Katras specializes in both vascular surgery and general surgery, bringing extensive expertise to patients who need specialized blood vessel and circulation care.

Dr. Katras practices at multiple locations throughout Honolulu, including Tripler Army Medical Center, Straub Medical Center, The Queens Medical Center, and Kuakini Medical Center. He focuses on treating peripheral artery disease and claudication, conditions that affect blood flow in the legs and arms. His expertise includes performing Doppler ultrasounds and carotid artery ultrasounds to evaluate blood vessel health. Dr. Katras also conducts ankle-brachial index tests to assess circulation problems in patients' extremities.
