Some may complain he don't take insurance but he does this for personal reasons not cuz he is "sketchy" as some other guy said. Insurance companies interfere with how a doctor practice medicine. Ask for a receipt and get it to your insurance to get paid back. So, not really like you must pay yourself if you put the work in. Unlike many doctors now he actually does care bout his patients. A patient may not always like how strict he can be or that he don't prescribe exactly what they want but I think hes one of the last doctors that are willing to do at least somethin for people in need. When it come to addiction you won't find a more compassionate, trained and smart, or up to date doctor. He truely care about his addiction patients and wants nothin more than to help get them better. He is NOT bout keeping you all hooked up on meds used to treat addiction but helps you break the cycle. He does treat pain but its not his first part of his practice. If you're in need of someone… in a hurry Id give him a call but if your in need of long term care at unpopular doses I would keep looking. Overall, Dr. K is a kind and compassion doctor and is the best Ive seen in my many years of having had to deal with a serious back injury that caused me to lose my long time job on the waterfront.

Anthony j kozma is all about money.you will regret ever seeing him.control freak and has no morals.he gets you hooked on oxys than treats you like a felon.all he wants is cash.he dont take insurance.real doctors call him scetchy.

He will get u hooked on oxys than treat u like a criminal.his main goal is to get you in his cash only abuse program.why dont he take insurence.other real docters call him scetchy.
