To whom it may concern I'm Tyrone ,and I want to say that Dr Anthony Lee is vigorous man that I first met him 4 years ago at the Beth Israel hospital in Brookline ,and he's one of the best doctors that I ever had because he goes way out of hi way to help me get better ,and always checking on me to make sure that I'm getting better , I highly recommend him,and I never seen such a very concern dr like him ¨¨¨°º©©º°¨ Excellent Doctor¨°º©©º°¨ Highly Recommended Dr. Anthony C . I would give zero stars if I could. I said hello nice to meet you. What I got back was the most belligerent attitude ever with no eye contact. He couldn’t see my meds on his computer so I told him I brought my medication list from Brigham and it was recent. The list was printed from MGH Brigham Patient Gateway. He left the room without looking at me or saying anything. Half an hour passed and I was alone in the room. I didn’t feel well, I’m disabled. I found the nurse and told her what happened and she rolled her eyes and nodded yes to everything I said. She wasn’t surprised at all. She apologized. I’m home bound, it is very hard to get around, all that trouble for nothing. I asked the receptionist for his first name. A male medical professional who was there said that his name was Anthony. The receptionist asked me if I needed a follow up appointment. I said no with the way I was treated. She shrugged my complaint off. The man who gave me his name gave me one of those horrible… looks(edit). As if I was the one at fault for having self respect. I got no apology. The staff didn’t care about the trouble I had with getting there nor the pain I was in. They did not care to ask exactly what happened. They didn’t offer me an appointment with another doctor. I had to wait for my ride for over an hour. I was there waiting over an hour and a half, the driver was late. They had plenty of time to look after me, to care for me, to ask if I was ok, or if they could do anything. I’m a low income person. I pretty sure this is a doctor and a doctor’s office in wealthy Brookline who think they are too good for someone like me as Dr. Lee didn’t treat me as a human being. Dr. Lee’s behavior was unacceptable and discrimination is illegal. I will make sure my insurance knows what happened. Just in case(edit) he wants to bill them and get paid for providing zero care insulting me and wasting my time. (Edit). I had to remove an entire paragraph to be able to file this complaint. I wrote no profanities and yet they did not aloud me to tell every single awful thing that happened. Censorship is another problem with this office.

Completely unprofessional. We waited for an hour before his assistant told us that the doctor was locked out of the medical record system, and therefore cannot actually see us and had to cancel. Nobody informed anything during the hour. He kept us waiting for an hour without showing his face to explain the situation himself. What a joke.

I saw him for a second opinion. He spent a lot of time explaining my condition which is what I needed.

I will never see this Dr again. Terrible

He gave me an injection, cures my back pain.

I had to fire Anthony C Lee MD from my care. He is a sociopath

Cold, abrasive, and insensitive. Not helpful. Would not return. Stay away from this horrible doctor. You've been warned.
