Dr. Anthony John Leone, MD

Wonderful surgery for carpal tunnel and removal of arthritic wrist bone. Have never had any problems with either surgery. A miracle worker, for sure, is Dr. Leone.

Personable, but did not follow up when he should, and did not follow through with what was originally communicated. Wishy-washy communication style. I did not feel like my health was being looked after. I would not recommend Dr. Leone. I would suggest that he be more diligent in his communication and his attention to his patients' health. He may be under a lot of pressure, but he needs to commit to the idea that his patients' health should come first.

Woke up in recovery room with huge cast on entire arm when was supposed to be bandages. Leone left for the day (Friday) when I was in recovery room without giving instructions when I should return to hospital to have cast removed, withot a pain prescription or any reason why I had a cast rather than a bandage. Leone wouldn't return my phone call seeking information and prescription for over 2-weeks. Had to get my company HR person involved to ask the hospital admistrator to have Leone call me with the information I needed. Totally horrible experience. Would avoid Leone at all costs.
