Originally - I didn’t like this guy. My frustration over my 85 y/o fathers care at So Nassau, was taken out on this man. We argued. But then everything got better! He took care of my dad and called me to explain and every day what was happening, and meticulously handle my dads care. He is wonderful. You’d be lucky to have him.

Thank you South Nassau Community hospital. The service was superb all round. In particular I have never been impressed by the service provided by a hospital but one doctor in particular was incredible. Whether it is the numbness exhibited by almost all doctors I normally see or just a lack of caring. Dr Anthony Lyon was the exception his bedside manor and genuine concern gave my mom comfort but more importantly my family comfort in knowing he was there for whatever she needed. He was attentive,caring, knowledgable and simply superb. He himself checked in on her more times than I can count and took it upon himself to even bring her a pillow without being asked seeing she was uncomfortable. Doctor Lyon thank you and again I'll say it again if you ever open up a practice I want to be there in your office with my entire family. While under his care the nurses even sung his praises about what he did the other night in helping a patient up from bed and taking him to the bathroom where he… stayed to help. Thank you and wow YOU ARE ONE OF A KIND!!!!!
