I had the most bizarre and strange most unprofessional encounter today with this individual... his nurse came in and took my vitals. I came in for losing my voice, prolonged mucus build up and heaviness in my chest. The nurse ended her part with asking me if I'd like a mask. I said no thank you and she very nicely said he'd be right with me. Before he entered the room I can hear from outside of the door him ask her if I am wearing a mask. She said no and he enters the room with one and ask why am I not wearing one and hands it to me. I take it and put it on and I am confused because it was an offer and not a request made by the nurse. He then proceeds to lecture me about how it is not responsible to be so careless and unsafe. He even very passive aggressively said "isn't this a sick visit? I said yes I am not really feeling sick he interrupted and says "sick enough to make an appointment but not sick enough to wear a mask". He clearly was prejudging me and making assumptions about my… character all while I want to reiterate I WAS WEARING THE MASK HE HANDED ME THE ENTIRE TIME". He never once examined me. He scoffed at my description of symptoms. He told me multiple times that he felt unsafe to continue. The final straw for me was when I mentioned to him for a third time that I had to go and get my 7 year old daughter at school and that he was wasting my time. He replied "yes I know you have family issues". He is a disgrace and should not be allowed to practice ever.
