Dr. Mazza is extremely unprofessional. Able to be heard by anyone in the adjoining exam rooms, he called patients "dumb" and "clueless". He spent a great deal time detailing how he thinks he knows more than anyone else, including fellow physicians. When I confronted him about his inappropriate behavior, he continued to argue with me that he was talking about a "friend". However, I sat waiting for over 15 minutes and was able to hear a great deal about a great many patients. I don't think Dr's should talk about patients when potentially sensitive/confidential information can be heard. Second, I don't think Geisinger Gray's Woods would want someone on staff that speaks in such a derogatory manner about patients. We put our trust in you and depend on your professionalism.

Excellent bedside manner. Explains everything, including patient in all decisions. Offers the most current medical information. makes you feel comfortable and at ease. As a registered nurse I recommend Dr. Mazza.
