Dr. Anthony Jay Millard, MD

I worked with his staff to upload 4 pages medical intake documents and his staff did not see the records in her email,a nd wanted to cancel the appointment. She called and I had to fill out the form twice, you have to download a pdf and reupload it, it does not autosave. There were no instructions about that process, but finally all was checked in and then... the software rejected my browser,and the doctor was waiting for us. We had time limit, and after 45 minutes of tech struggle, the zoom call finally went through. When this "doctor" joined the call, he wad angry at me for what I went through, said that his staff were crying and I yelled at her. I did not yell in the least, it was frustrating yes for both of us, but I was in no way disrespectful or abusive. I worked for 45 minutes to get the info and check in. He was insulting, angry, hostile immediately blamed me for all if the tech issues, the lie that I was yelling, and didn't even want to hear how hard it was to log in and send… that form, he rather said curtly "that many people use it very day, again blaming me, berating me actually, and he canceled the appointment with anger. What arrogance and poor medical practice, I wilI contact Dora, it was very very serious, and pray no one ever have this experience again. His treatment was utterly awful, abusive, were completely in the wrong and they were emotional, you do not treat patients that way, ever. I have never seen anything like this. I thought that maybe it was just tech issues due to Covid, but after reading how he treads others, DORA is in order.

Very arogant, ignorant Physician. Does not care about his patients at all. He needs to go back to school and learn about bedside manner and treating people as human beings.

This Dr needs some lessons in bedside manner. He was very short and argumentative during the visit. He would not listen and was very opinionated. Would not recommend this Dr to anyone!!!!

Very poor bedside manner. Very opinionated and does not give you time to explain your problem or accept any suggestions you have. Would NOT recommend this Physician to ANYONE!!!!!
