I felt very comfortable with my extractions, because the doctor took his time to explain everything to me, and make me comfortable. I recommend this dentistry to my family and friends. They are all great!

Very friendly and compationate about there customers. They will work with you and your insurance company so you can get the service you need. They helped me get on a payment plan to cover what my insurance company would not cover. Was very nice to me and listened to my needs. I would recommend Dr. Nelson to anybody who needs dental care. The staff here is great and friendly also. So if you need some great dental work done at a fair price come see De. Nelson on SSecond street in Montana Louisiana.

He is very good and show concerns for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable and works around you so you can feel at ease. I also love his staff they were polite.

I love the people at Nelson Dentist they treat u like family. They explain everything b4 they do anything they are not high. They just awesome.
