Simply, my goal is to improve your smile, teeth, and gum health. I understand everyone has different needs, from minor tweaks to major reconstruction, from just teeth cleaning and bleaching to extractions and implants. I keep updated with latest techniques and materials through attending dental continuing education courses, reading dental journals, and consulting with other dental specialists. I also want your experience in our office to be comfortable as possible. Even if you just have a question or concern, or need a second opinion, I will be more than happy to talk to you.
Before becoming a dentist, I studied Mechanical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). After working for a period of time at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and York International, I decided I wanted to work with people more than just sit in front of a computer. I thus went back to school and attended the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry. Now, …with an engineering background and ten years of dental experience, I am confident I will help you find a solution and develop a plan for your oral needs.  
My current pride and joy is my six-year old daughter, Acelyn, who you may see in the office helping  child patients feel comfortable. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball, Scrabble, guitar, poker, and reading self-improvement books. My future goals are to make candies that are good for teeth and build a mobile dental van to bring dental services to you!
