Dr. Anthony Oparaji, MD

At Rolling Hills Recovery Center in Morris County, New Jersey, Dr. Oparaji, MD, is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine dedicated to caring for people with substance use disorders.

A long-time clinician in the state, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at Jersey City Medical Center (2000) and advanced his addiction expertise through an executive fellowship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, earning Addiction Medicine board certification in 2014 with recertification in 2023. He also completed fellowship training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine (2006) and received his medical degree from the University of Nigeria (1992).

 Dr. Oparaji integrates internal medicine with evidence-based addiction care, providing comprehensive medical assessment and management that supports individualized treatment plans, relapse-prevention goals, and coordinated collaboration with therapy, family support, and holistic services offered at the center.
