Dr. Anthony Luis Ortegon, MD

This physician was not right for me. He is very knowledgeable & he knows it; therefore his demeanor lacks sensitivity. He seems insensitive to others’ concerns and requests. He’s blunt & I found it awkward to converse with him. To put it in everyday terms, “He’s full of himself.”

If I could give zero stars I would he is so rude and his bedside manner is horrible. He is very sarcastic and shows no compassion for the patient or the family. I will no be taking my loved one back.

I have had nothing but grief from the staff of SW Pulmonary Medicine. No returned phone, two this week, no follow up to written e-mail requests, changing of appts. Am switching phy.

The way you have to communicate with this practice, leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time they will get in wrong.

The doctor is excellent. His secretary very efficient and friendly. The front desk girl needs some help with courtesy. The rest of the front desk staff is all courteous and polite.
