Dr. Pellegrino is my new pain management dr. , as my previous dr retired. I was very apprehensive about a new dr. But Dr. Pellegrino put all my fears at ease. He is an excellent pain management dr.

Good experience. I received a steroid shot in my back that worked for a couple of days, but then the pain returned. I will try another shot to see if that works.
