Dr. Anthony R Pivarunas, DO

I switched to Dr. Pivarunas mid pregnancy. I have never had a male OB previously and was nervous. Within moments of meeting him I was totally comfortable. He is a patient and respectful doctor with a wonderful midwife that he is associated with. He was calm and encouraging during the birth of my child and both my husband and I appreciate him.

Dr. P, was willing to do a VBAC although my baby didn't want to. My son was butt down, My recovery was much better with my second than with my first which was done in a different hospital by a different Dr.

I have been going to Dr. Pivarunas for almost 2 years now. My husband and I have suffered two miscarriages and are pregnant for the third time. He has been wonderful through all of this. He not only is very caring, but is willing to see patients even when medically it is not necessary but for your own mental health seams vital! He also has respected all of my wishes for the upcoming birth of our child. He not only read over my birth plan with me in the room, but if he didn't think something was possible he would explain why and try to trouble shoot. Also, Sally his midwife is fantastic and so are his nurses!

I do not trust many physicians at all, I DO trust this man with my life and the lives of my children. He is wonderful. His bedside manner cannot be compared. His patience and professionalism is beyond compare. I would reccomend him to anyone. This is the only OB/GYN I will ever use again. He is open and listens to you and your needs and wants. He is willing to work with you and TRULY cares about his patients.
