Dr. Anthony Dean Polk

I became a patient of Dr. Polk when he first came to Quincy, FL. It has been many years since I've had to visit the office, but in reality I am about to make an appointment as I write this because I am experiencing a bad toothace right now. However I have referred several family members and friends which have had successful results. They all speak highly of his professionalism and staff. Thank you Dr. Polk and I'll see you soon.

I have been treated with kid gloves at this office. From the Dr. Polk to his staff. I need to add that he pulled 17 of my teeth at one time due to a gum disease and made me some new teeth and there great no more pain.

Why on earth pay for a commercial stating extended evening and weekend hours, all staff skinning and grinning. The hallmark of a sociopath..only problem=this office is FULL OF THEM! emergencies yada, yada, yada,..Bunch of malarkey.!!! Had to call several times over again simply to attempt to understand the rushed message- if I weren't ready to take a hammer and chisel to my tooth it would have been funny, I felt as though I may even be on that T>V show, Punk'd: The entire time I'm In incredible pain with an abscess that started with some minor discomfort and excelled THAT fast within a matter of hours! Just my luck it's like 3pm on Thursday yet most if not ALL reputable professional health providers-YES That means you dentist's too :-)I continued to remain calm and try to call back, trying to be courteous thinking they're busy-!Finally an answer...briefly BEGINING to explain my awful situation, the woman on the on the line rudely interrupted with GLEE! We're," outta here til Monday"… she giggles before hanging up on me.. OMG! The 2 reviews I read, 1 MUST have been this young lady I'm referring too.Incredibly unprofessional it's amazing she is capable of answering a phone much less knowing how to at least ACT like you care? Tried to explain my awful situation, the fact I really know all too well what an abscess can potentially lead to. In the end I'm still sitting here debating whether to go to the ER or just yank the tooth out myself. Great job running your so called "Practice" into the ground Dr. polka.. No wonder you employ such air-headed staff-whatever goes is fine with them. Feel so sorry for EVERY victim stupid enough to even entertain the thought of allowing you nor your self-proclaimed educated, friendly staff to "play" act like you even give a rat's behind! Never in a million years would I EVER think I'd hear myself say, "I'd rather be in pain than even TRY yet again to net the man behind this circus. Your office is a mockery of the dental profession and should be SHUT DOWM for being inept before someone does mange to make it to the chair. Now that's scary ! The seriousness of what could happen to me is not at all funny. Not one time did this person on the line ask a thing, act concerned, ex[lain hours, appointments...NOTHING! Is this someone you would entrust your life with.? Do yourself and anyone else you care about a favor -DO-NOT trust this place with a house plant much less a life!. I word is coming for these folks-MALPRACTICE! If you like living on the edge, in filth, treated like yesterday's trash-then maybe this IS a place for you.

I like his friendly staff. They are patient and always friendly. And the doctor actually listens.
