Dr. Anthony Gene Pruitt, MD

I am very displeased with Dr. Anthony Pruitt and his staff. I've been taking my boys to him well over a year. He performed a circumcision on my son and failed. He put the ring back too far which ended us up at primary childrens where they had to cut the ring off due to loss of circulation. I took my oldest son in for a flu shot and the nurse was in such a hurry she ran into the room we were supposed to meet her in so we had to guess which room we were supposed to go in, then stuck the needle in and out really fast and left her mess on the table and walked out. They are all very inconsiderate and rude. When I asked Pruitt a question he would respond with arrogance at every appointment and he would talk so fast I could not understand what he's saying and then sound frustrated after asking him to repeat himself. I am not at all pleased with them after coming to him for almost 2 years.

Dr pruitt is amazing! He always makes sure all my questions are answered, if I have any concerns he explains them in a manor I understand not it dr terms and he never brushes of any of my concerns! He is an awesome pediatrician! My boys and I absolutely love him and his staff!

I absolutly love Dr Pruitt. I have been to several pediatricians and none of them seem to really care. And I can say He does. He is always so thorough with exams and makes sure that you understand everything. I never leave the office feeling like I have been just another patient. He is so nice and caring. I highly recommend Dr pruitt as a pediatritan.

When we moved here from North Carolina with our son who was born thirteen weeks early, we were nervous to say the least. When we met Dr. Pruitt we were completely put at ease, and we have been more than pleased with his service and his staff. They are polite and very helpful! We really like the smaller feel of the Roy clinic, but also love the option of the 24 hour Layton clinic, this has cut our costs significantly over using the ER. When our son was hospitalized for 5 days in 2008, Dr Pruitt was on call at a different hospital, even though he was not our physician for this incident, Dr. Pruitt called many times to check on our son!
