Dr. Anthony J Ricketti, MD

Best pulmonologist I have had. He and thoracic surgeon saved my life 34 yrs ago. I had a spontaneous pneumothorax right lung, chickenpox and two pulmonary embolisms on my left lung. After years and upon my return to see his son for allergies Dr Anthony remembered me and told his son about everything I went through. I had children ages 2, 6, 8 and 15 he knew they needed their mom and I them. I went back to see him today. Still as great as he was. Great manners and care

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ricketti for over thirty years. We would never go to anyone else for pulmonary needs. Dr. Ricketti saved my life, at a time others wanted to treat me for a non- existent cancer. He is the best, most ethical doctor I know. His office is a most welcoming, patient friendly atmosphere. The staff and nurses are kind and do their very best to accommodate appointments.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Anthony Ricketti. He was so thorough, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable! I can’t say enough positives about this doctor. I am an RN and have been around many doctors in my career and he’s at the top as far as great doctors go. Very impressed!!

Rude. No bedside manner.

I like Doctor Richetti but his staff person named Dorian needs customer service training as she was rude and nasty. I was a patient for 3 years and am now changing allergy doctors because the patients are the ones who pay the bills and in turn their salaries, so staff should not be nasty. All of his desk staff are very young and inexperienced since he left his original practice.

I've seen Dr. Ricketti for almost 10 years and he is one of the most thorough, compasionate doctor that I have.

Had to fire by previous doctor. Suffered with an asthma attack for weeks and weeks. Was refered to Dr. Ricketti , spent over two hours with me on the first appointment and in less than a week I was good to go. Just an outstanding doctor.

Doctors may be very good, HOWEVER,The office manager, Kathy was so rude and unprofessional. After knowing that I had a disability, after I reluctantly had to explain why I missed appointments, she continued to be insensitive, loud and extremely condescending. In addition, very harshly told me that " they could not have me as a patient here". This woman needs some customer service training and the doctors at this practice need to know how they are being represented. I would NOT recommend this practice. I really taken back with the treatment I received. I am a professional and would not give this office any stars due to poor office manager behavior.

Office staff was disorganized and people were waiting for hours. I was lucky and my appointment was on the books. Dr. Ricketti assured me he would treat me and my illness differently than other physicians had since he understood it. When I called the office extremely ill and asked for lab work I received a call saying NO, I did not follow his absolute orders. He is a controlling, odd abusive man. Regardless of MD attached to his name.

If i could give this doctor a -100 stars I would! I took my son's to him for allergy testing. My eight year old got scared when he realized what it entailed, instead of being patient with an eight year old, Dr. Ricketts became the opposite! He grabbed my son and tried to manhandle him onto the table! As a mother I was petrified! I thought the doctor had lost his mind! His medical assistant tried to keep the situation calm, I asked the doctor to step away from my child and he did! I called my insurance company afterwards and reported his conduct. He's a man who cannot control himself when his waiting area is full and a child is holding him up, because he's scared. Awful doctor. He lost a family of 5 that day.
