I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I had a brain MRI done here and the radiologist read it as completely normal. However, I later took the exact same images to 4 specialists all of whom diagnosed me with a genetic brain condition based on the scans and my symptoms. Despite this, the radiologist refused to re-review the images or acknowledge any possibility of a mistake. This misreading has had serious consequences—my insurance is now denying me the surgery I need to take care of my 2 small kids because of this report. I’m especially disappointed because my daughter went through the same surgery last year, so I know how crucial an accurate diagnosis is. I expected more professionalism and a willingness to at least re-evaluate the scans when presented with multiple medical opinions. Instead, I was met with stubborn dismissal. If you’re dealing with complex neurological symptoms, I recommend seeking imaging review from a facility.
