Dr. Anthony William Roccisano, DO

My first visit left me confused. I am returning only because of his specialty, I hope this one goes better. I can't comment on his bedside manor because my visit was very brief. I felt like I was in an assembly line.

I met with Dr Roccisano twice with horrible, chronic back pain. He was unconcerned, uncaring and seemed as though I was irritating him just by being there. He sent me on my way with an order for Physicsl therapy and that made my pain worse. My primary doctor finally ordered an mri showings severe herniated disk. He said that he could didn’t it surgically, and when I called back to schedule the surgery they said they would return my call that day, and I still have not heard back from them. I would not recommend to anyone to see Dr Roccisano as he seems impressed with himself, but irritated by patients.

According to the reviews Dr. Roccisano seems to be great at helping those with significant damage to their spine when it is evident surgery needs to be done. For those of us, such as myself, with a high level of pain but uncertainty of why, he is not interested in. He is arrogant, doesn't listen, nor does he try to help find an answer to the problem. He didn't even direct me as to who I should see or what could be the source of my problem. My visit with Dr. Roccisano was the worst meeting I have ever had with a Dr. I have been in a great deal of pain for months, tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment (which is also a 1 star for the front desk admin as well) and when I finally had my appt this Dr. made me feel stupid as if my pain was "made up" and that I was wasting his time. He wasn't willing to help find a solution. He was very uncompassionate. I left so upset and frustrated. Save yourself your time and money, do not go to this Dr.

There is a reason he recieved the 40 under 40 award. He is a phenomenal dr. And I believe that other doctors should strive to be as good as dr. Roccisano. After messing with Veterans affairs for 3 years Dr. Roccisano literally saved my life.

This doctor is rude and arrogant. He didnt explain anything to me. I wouldn't want him as my doctor again nor would I recommend him.

My husband was a patient of Dr Roccisano, and I was quite surprised when I read these reviews. We had everything BUT a bad experience with Dr Roccisano. He was kind, attentive, and took everything my husband said to heart. He knew immediately that he was in a great deal of pain. Scheduled a MRI w/in two days, surgery was w/in two weeks, and he followed us through recovery completely. Now I'm having some issues, & was looking for his number. We would recommend Dr Roccisano to everyone we meet!

Dr. Roccisano has a lot of learning to do. Dr. Roccisano needs to learn how to be compassionate and LISTEN to his patients. Dr. Roccisano is argumentative and disrespectful. I would NOT recommend Dr. Roccisano to anyone.

From my personal experience Dr. roccisiano didn't care about me as a person or patient. didn't explain anything. looked through me like I didn't even matter. left with a lot of lingering issues, pain, bad knee, among them. staff at ortho Montana not impressive. receptionist at main desk stuffs her mouth with crackers in front of everyone in waiting area and right before speaking with patients. no privacy when checking in. the young blond at the check in desk talks loud enough for the whole room to hear. Radiology employee was rude and did nothing to help me when the xrays were finished. didn't even tell me I was done, just walked away. the medical assistant is rude and doesn't return phone calls. very bad experience. hope to never need dr. roccisianos services again.
