Ignored my mother's concern about a lump in her breast and said it was not cancer. After a year he finally biopsied and found it to be malignant. Another year later sent her to a gastroenterologist rather than telling her she was full of cancer.

I have all my important family membersas Dr. Ross' patients, except grandchildren, he doesn't do peds. I trust him and his wonderful office personnel completely. Always warm, friendly and work so hard, well informed.
