Dr. Anthony Mark Scott, MD

Dr Scott was my daughters Pediatrian 22 years ago. Everything was great.

At first this doctor seemed promising, he had shining accolades, was humorous and happy, and very well trained. When my son was born, he made an innapropriate comment to my husband. At the first 2 month wellness check, he made me feel like a terrible mother because of an accident that happened with my son at 3 weeks of age that involved a hair tourniquet and a finger. My son has all ten fingers and toes, he is in no way deformed from the incident except for not having nail growth on the digit. He paws at women, touched my mother in law's blouse at the neck line. He handles babies like they are live stock, handling them with no sense of gentility whatsoever, forcing my son's head flat with an unnecessary amount of pressure. He doesn't ask if you have concerns, he lectures you and doesn't directly answer questions if you're lucky enough that he stays in the room so you can ask him. He tries to be "cool" with sarcastic comments and personal questions. My husband, mother in law, and I all… agree, DO NOT GO SEE THIS GUY.

Dr. Scott is awesome! He spends the proper amount of time with you and answers all your questions. My only warring is be sure not to forget your appts. They will do reminder calls if they feel like it and change $30 if you miss an appt. I am all for responsibility of remembering your own appts, but they need to send reminders every time or don't do it at all. Especially for mothers! Life is already crazy.

This doctor really cares and really helps you with your needs. I came from a doctor and his staff who didn't care about their patients anymore and was just in it for the money. I haven't been with Doctor Anthony but just a little over a year. This is a very caring doctor, who always sets down with me and talks where I can understand him and always greets you with a smile. His staff is really professional and is always helpful with me. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

He is amazing with a lot of knowledge. I trust this man with my children's lives he truly is a great doctor. His bedside manor towards the kids could be a lot better. He does not interact with them very much. But hey if he heals them I am all in.

My 1st daughter was a preemie and needed a lot of follow up care after release from the hospital and I started with a pediatrician in Arlington that I was unhappy with. Since I switched to Dr. Scott feel more informed and really enjoy going. My daughter probably doesnt agree cause she knows shots are coming but he's playful and great with kids. You have to schedule in advance for regular checkups but they are always available to come in soon if you need to be seen. I never wait more than about 10 minutes and I can get in and out in about 1 hr or less. Overall great experience which is why we came back for our second child's care.

I moved from plano pediatrics to grapevine pediatrics in the last 3 months. in that time i have had to see dr scott with our infant son about 5 times. i have found him to provide excellent diagnosis and treatment (with precision)! his bedside manner seems a bit rough to me, but the treatment he had to administer was necessary and doctor scott acted very quickly in bringing it to an end. when my son was in the NICU and was being looked after by the best neotatologist in the dfw area (dr graham), dr scott came personally recommended by him. the office waits have always been very short and when our son suddenly became ill, dr scott saw him right away (same day appointment). i highly recommend dr scott!!

Dr. Scott is meticulously thorough , extremely knowledgeable, and has been 100 accurate in diagnosis and treatment of my children. As a parent he makes me completely confident in the overall health of my children. His sense of humor is an added bonus too. Highly recommend Dr. Scott and have to all my friends.

Dr. Scott is exactly what a parent wants and needs from a pediatrican. If you want exceptional care of your child for well visits and illness this is the doctor to see.
