Awful bedside manner, rude and condescending to both patients and families. You are better off not have any doctor than having him handle your health.

Does not take his job seriously at all. Loud and rude. How this guy took over a once proud office is beyond me ... Run for the hills.

I was fuming and disgusted when I left his office. I was completely brushed off and told that all my problems must be stress or alcohol because "it's always stress or alcohol with young people". That I probably have a problem with fatigue because I'm a woman and get my period. I basically had to beg for blood work and when I responded yes to wanting an HIV test he said I didn't need it because he could "tell" by looking at me I didn't have it. I said I had a friend that was HIV positive so I would feel more comfortable getting one. And he laughed and said "And what did she die haha?" And then suggested I go to my gyno instead of just running the test he had just asked me if I wanted "because he had to legally". He obnoxiously and slowly read aloud his summary of my visit and my "unnecessary" blood work that would probably show nothing yadda yadda while repeating over and over again that my problem is alcohol. He wouldn't look at my ankle that is still really painful 7 months after a… sprain by saying it was probably fine. Worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office.

Let the title speak for its self

Dr. Solazzo put me in Benzo withdrawal for four days due to his ineptitude. Thankfully the other doctor, nurses, and staff in the practice realized there was no logic behind his decision. I was apologized to at least 50 times by his staff while trying to correct his mistake. I also filed a formal complaint through Rochester Regional Health. To which they immediately responded, and apologized for his decision making. I could never recomend this doctor.

I love his relaxed approach and thorough practice. I highly recommend him.

I saw this Dr. for almost 2 years. As a new patient I was NEVER given a physical examination, had no lab work done, and was chastised for a follow-up appointment recommended after an emergency room visit and was told that "it was not necessary for me to be there (which was included in my emergency discharge plan). He has a patient/physician demeanor which raised concerns for me and I changed to another PCP.

One of the worst. He is totally incompetent and strange uncaring loud obnoxious only 2-3 visits I changed Drs. Does not listen examine you or read hospital reports. Cannot understand why anyone.could not see this after 1-2 visits. I am baffled he is in practice and allowed to keep license and RGH

Eccentric arrogant and did not read my patient report from hospitalization weeks before. when went for a scheduled appt weeks later. Did not even remember I called and spoke with him earlier same day before going to RGH ER later in day and said I shoul not have gone. His behavior is insane.

Arrogant and talks down to patients. Why be a Dr. if you dont want to help people. Very disappointing.
