Dr Troitino is incapable of refilling a prescription I have had for 3 or 4 decades. He tried. It didn't work. The tried the next office visit. It didn't work. I personally delivered letters to his office and asked his staff, twice. They always said they would handle it right away. They didn't. So I went to the office and begged the office manager and two nurses. They swore they would help. Nothing. Finally I was able to speak to him. He tried again, but sent the prescription to CVS/Caremark, who mails the prescription to you. Since they "filled" it first, my regular CVS was unable to refill my prescription. It is now two months later, and I still don't have my prescription. Avoid Dr Troitino! Avoid Ellis Medicine!

He is often more focused on his laptop than you and your medical needs. He often likes to talk about his politics, even if you ask him not to. He exemplifies the joke, what do you call the person that graduated last in his or her medical class. He missed skin cancer on my finger, told me that people my age can never lose weight and generally did not pursue any type of inventions for my heart condition. I would not have lived very long if I stayed with this doctor.

Doctor seemed very arrogant, into himself, spoke to staff inappropriately and he didn't even diagnosis me correctly, I was having palpitations and he said it was nothing and I ended up having a heart attack and needed to be rushed to St. Peter's

I saw this Doctor 2-times. My old Dr.Nebres retired. I had a hospitalization for depression. Doctor Troitino was very professional and caring in a difficult situation. He has a gentle manor and listens. The staff is very courteous. When I needed some old records from my old Dr., they were extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Dr. Troitino. He has a lot of knowledge and experience.
