Dr. Anthony P Turel Jr, MD

Dr. T was a great neurologist. I have tried some others before i met him. By far the nicest and most caring one i have had the opportunity to be treated by. Was always quick with any of the paper work i needed for disability (and private insurance company i have to deal with). On top of MS research! I will miss him as he retires in June, i believe, of this year. He actually CARED! Unlike the others who ask what do you want to try, he actually had a clue and suggested the path that i needed to be going down. I hope he enjoys retirement, but his patients will miss him.

Best neurologist I've seen so far. He spent nearly two hours talking to my sister and I for a second opinion of a diagnosis. I had seen two neurologists/neurosurgeons before him and he far exceeded my expectations, answering all my questions sincerely. He's excellent and really really cares about his patients' well being. He was also approachable which was a relief.

No question is he intelligent, but he is done and ready to retire and as 5 years have gone by it is becoming more and more relevant. Second he does not have rights to visit his patients when admitted to Hershey. This is a great disappointment. Intelligent man, but let him enjoy the better part of his years yet to come.
