Worst Office Ever! I highly advise against visiting this office. My experience was extremely disappointing. The Front Office Manager was not only rude but also consistently talked over me and even hung up the phone during our conversation. When I called back, she pretended to be helpful, but at this point, I was already frustrated. She then put Dr. Zamboni's wife on the phone, who behaved in exactly the same manner—talking over me and screaming at me. Neither of them allowed me to get a word in, and both were equally unprofessional and rude throughout the call. To make matters worse, I encountered issues with my insurance claim. Despite my insurance company advising me to call the office to refile the claim, the staff flatly refused to do so and instead suggested I pay out of pocket. I was frustrated when she insisted that paying out of pocket would be easier, but I firmly refused and insisted that she refile the claim according to the insurance company's instructions. It’s clear to… me now why the office manager behaves so rudely; he allows his wife to treat customers the same way. After reading other reviews, it’s evident that this office has a pattern of poor service, which is reflected in their low rating. If you value respectful and professional interactions, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office clearly does not prioritize customer service or respect for their patients. I expect they will not file the claim and just send us to collection because its easier for them that way, especially after what we just experienced and we will have to now get reimbursed as a self-pay. Very rude and unprofessional. I cannot stress it enough!

Dr. Zamboni rescued my ear long ago. The problem never came back! My brother-in-law referred him to me and he was right! Thank you, Dr. Zamboni!

Thank you for giving us answers and a resolution. Your sense of ugency, expert opinion and kindness was appreciated. Thank you for being real,honest precise and giving us piece of mind. There are not many doctors left like Dr Zamboni. If he was a doctor of everything, we would never go anywhere else.

Today I visited Dr. Zamboni’s office for a new patient appointment. Greeted by wonderful staff, very friendly?? Dr. Zamboni was very professional, and listened very patiently to my concerns. He explained my conditions and provided me with options to improve my condition. I’m very fortunate to have recived such amazing care. I’m happy to write a excellent review! Thank you, Cassandra

took multiple appointments to try and figure out problem and fix before doing surgery and was very thorough. surgery went better then I had expected and if he suggests surgery I would believe that that was what was needed

the whole experience was superb

he always makes me feel happy. he always makes me feel confident when i see him. and i want to thank him so much for helping me getting out my tonssils and im happy to be in great health because of him.

He is caring and has been excellent in referring me to the extra care that I have needed!
