If the staff is amazing imagine how good the doctors are! The best to bring your kids, parents, grannies, brothers, sisters, your whole family!!!

First, Dr. Albert is an amazing teaching physician and my children and I learn from him every time we have a visit. On the other-hand, his staff does NOT reflect that. I believe they may take advantage of serving majority of lower-income families and can get a way with half-doing their job to SERVE patients. I Do NOT like writing these kinds of reviews, but his staff needs to be evaluated before he's liable. I am NOT complaining on just ONE incident. First, I had paperwork that was suppose to be sent to my child's school, that shows his diagnosis. Dr. Albert was the referring physician and all my child's medical records went to his office. The staff sent back he was never diagnosed, once I made them aware of it they did it again, not ONCE but TWICE. On the second incident, my son was referred to another physician by Dr. Albert. I delivered them the required document from the other physician for Dr. Albert to sign, they misplaced them and found them a month later, AFTER I had to go… back and do the process all over again (please note that I live 45mins away). The third incident is the one that has me upset. 2 years in a row I have taken my child for their immunizations . I told the nurse I believe he needs vaccines they take the immunization records as if they reviewed it, come back and say he doesn't need them, even though he's at the age where it's required. When I went to my child's school the nurse there said it was incorrect. I call back to Dr. Albert staff and they told me they had no available appts, so I can walk in. So I do, I waited over an hour, there were people who were sick coming in and my children weren't sick. So we left, the next day they still refuse to get me in even though it's THEIR error. So I ask for a prescription for the 2 vaccines, that way I can go to a nearby pharmacy to get them administered. The staff member I spoke to stated "call back at 4 " when I asked when they closed she stated 5 o'clock. Mind you school starts tomorrow. Needless to say , I will NOT be returning to see Dr. Albert, due to his staff. It's sad because he's such an incredible physician.

My daughter has seen Dr. Albert since she was a newborn. He loves kids, i like that about him. He’s very patient and also very caring.

I went in for urgent care, my supervisor referred me to him. I went in, he was very nice understanding and took care of my needs right away. He told me to follow-up if I'm experiencing anymore problems and I did just that. I felt very at ease with him and will continue to go to him, a very knowledgeable physician. Haven't had one of those is quite a while.

I have seen both Dr. Albert and his PA. They are both impressive. I had multiple appointments with other doctors for my problem, but their treatments never worked. A friend referred me to Dr. Albert's office. I came without an appointment, so I had to wait about 25 minutes to be taken back, but it was worth it. He knew right away what my diagnosis was, and I started feeling better the day after I began the medication he prescribed. Since then, I have been back a few times, and am still very pleased.

Dr Albert is knowledgeable and great bedside manner. His staff is not as professional. The staff fails to follow-up as needed. Medical Assistant couldn't pronounce P.A.D. (nor appeared to know what it was). Regardless, Dr Albert is highly competent ... just watch staff and ask questions. Billing doesn't know that Medicare has co-insurance; there is not a co-pay also!
