Antoine Lyonel Carré, M.D., M.P.H., views his career in medicine as marrying his passion for science with his duty to his fellow human beings. He pursued residencies in general surgery at Stanford and at Harvard. Dr. Carré also served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, UCSF and Stanford. As a resident and fellow at the University of Southern California, he specialized in plastic surgery and microsurgery.Fluent in French, Dr. Carré enjoys hiking, biking and playing basketball, as well as reading and watching science fiction movies.

I had a major complication with this doctor. I was left disfigured. I should not have agreed to the first plastic surgeon that my breast surgeon referred me to. Maybe for a very simple surgery, things would have come out OK, but mine was not a basic surgery.

dr carre is an amazing doctor! he has excellent bedside manner and he really cares about his patients. he takes his time with you and explains everything. he is an extremely compassionate and empathetic doctor. dr. carre helped make my journey to recovery much easier .

Dr. Carre, Is excellent he listened with his professional ear. He is caring, understanding explains what needs to be done and when he’s done you are your best self. He reinvent me! I could have ask for a better Doctor. Thank you Doctor Carre.

Dr carre was an amazing Surgeon. Explained everything very well. he answered every single question and told me all the pros and cons. I will recommned anyone to dr carre he knows what he is doing. My ears look identical to each other it looks i was born with them. i can not thank dr carre enough

Dr carre was extremely understanding and helpful. As a 19 year old going under surgery I had many questions and he answered all of them. The entire procces was amazing. Now what matters most is his end result. I rate it 5/5. My ears look identical to each other. even after 1 week after the surgery they looked like I was born with them. Had 0 complications. I would recommned anyone for surgery with Dr carre. He is a very smart doctor and knows what he is doing. Thank you dr carrer for performing this life changing surgery. I can not thank you enough

My Breast Cancer Surgeon at KP LAMC referred me to DR. Carre and I'm so glad she did. He has been very attentive to both my husband and I and has explained all my options well. He spoke about the emotional side that losing my breaats to cancer would cause and then told me his job us to help me feel as whole again as possible. He instills such confidence and faith that I trust him completely.
