She works for Cigna and conducts peer-to-peer reviews with physicians "questioning" their forms of treatment for illnesses that Cigna does not want to pay. She FORCED me to use a different medication because "it was cheaper" and then according to a Cigna employee in her report back stated: “patient was up in arms to change.” I'm sure this employee would not we looked upon positively if I was to reveal her name but she's been the only helpful person at Cigna, so I will not give that info. This statement on a "report" is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I do think it's pathetic that a person's personal physician's treatment does not take precedence over "what is cheaper" for Cigna. I guess the next time I'm sick or need surgery, I'll just skip the middle man and schedule an appointment with Cigna and Dr. Logarbo, since they knows what's best for me. Maybe Cigna should look into why she's only rated a 2.6!

Dr. Logarbo also works for Cigna doing reviews of medication. She denied me access to medication claiming I didn't need it because I had not tried other step therapies. However, I *had* gone through two other medications and maxed them out. Cigna knew this, because they processed my prescriptions...all she had to do was look! I will be filing complaints to remove her medical license in all jurisdictions.
