Dr. Antoinette Robinson Saddler, MD

I waited four months to get a first time appointment with Dr. Saddler. My appointment was at 7:15 am but I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived promptly at 7:00 am. I was called at 7:15 am but was told by the nurse that the doctor does not arrive until 7:45 am!! I asked why are you scheduling patients at 7:15 if she doesn't arrive until 7:45?? He said that he needs to take vitals and get my background- all of which took five minutes. At 7:44 am, I was told that she is running late and that I should be prepared to wait an additional thirty minutes or reschedule. Since I was already late for work, I waited. I did not see the doctor until 8:30 am. Once she arrived, she was apologetic and knowledgeable but not able to assist me. I gave her a one star because when I asked her staff what time is better for appointments, they said early morning because the later the day get, the more she runs behind. I said what do you expect if you are already an hour and fifteen… minutes out the gate. Waiting for her cost me $24 in parking instead of the free parking I could have had if I were under the 90 minutes time to get free parking from Whole Foods!!
