I always feel seen & heard by Dr Thompkins and his staff. Personally I wish for a more aggressive approach to my treatment. But I am 15 years into treatment. Definitely a 5/5, but be proactive about your healthcare as well. Thank you to Dr Thompkins and everyone at LBJI for helping me for all these years.

Dr Thompkins is a freaking rockstar!!! He’s done 5 surgeries on my spine so far. I’ve had 7. He is so caring and compassionate. He knows who you are when he opens the door to see you. I had been gone for a couple of years and he knew exactly who I was when he opened the door. That is a great Dr! I wouldn’t have anyone else take care of me.

Dr. Thompkins is truly the best doctor I have ever seen. He is kind, compassionate, and listens. Appointments are timely and the rest of the staff is great as well.

Staff is very courteous and polite. Dr. Thompkins has the upmost hands on approach in helping his patients understand the issues and what he thinks needs to be done to get you back on your feet. He also has a listening ear for what your concerns are and cares about what you have to say. The whole team is top notch in the perfection of orthopedic spine specialists.

Dr Thompkins is an amazing, caring, and compassionate doctor. His time is precious but he does answer all questions and is very knowledgeable. We appreciate all the extra efforts he has given to help my husband. Thank you Dr and staff.
