Getting through to the actual office is impossible. It's like they are protected by the CIA and FBI.

As in you are not "in their care" . . Front of house does not recognize or acknowledge long term patients, are not courteous or responsive and can not even turn of automated solicitation calls for wellness check offers and/or reminder calls. Doctor does not read test results and call to inform you of the results, they are not even looked at until they sit down with the patient. Messages left for the doctor are not read or reacted to. Clearly left the impression we are just a customer, never felt we were under their care. No compassion, clearly in it for the money - Worst experience ever - I would not wish on anyone.

This dr is under a lot of pressure because she is inundated with patients. She works for st. Vincent’s which an overwhelmingly large amount of people go there for treatment. But dr barbu is excellent. She has helped me so much with my anxiety and other problems I really hope other patients don’t push her away.

She continually runs late (1) hour. SO if patient is paying someone to take them to her office it gets quite expensive. Also, she does not listen to the patient or their family members. Does not listen to patient and asks the same question multiple times. Tells you to stop medication, but , won't give new one to you until you see her. Then you can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. No compassion for the elderly or their families. She's in it for the money ! This practice is a disgrace to St. Vincents.

Find yourself a real doctor. Do not use this doctor. Very unprofessional, Poor time management, Its hard to believe she is a doctor.

Excellent well organized Dr. She always gives me extra time when I need it. Highly recomend

Find a REAL doctor! This person cares less about People: Poor time management; Poor follow up on tests results & care; Wish ECHN Never hire this Repulsive Excuse of a person-never mind physician. RUN FROM THIS ONE PEOPLE, RUN...

I think this office refuses to accept the fact that there may be no answer to a particular problem, leading to unnecessary tests and procedures (not running them would not result in liability issues) They are very through but sometimes overdo it.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of healthcare I received. Very unprofessional, no communication. I had to seek health-care at another practice, which worked out wonderfully.
