Extremely thorough. Doctor's like him are hard to find these days.

They have a phone service that says “the Number you have reached is currently busy call back later” It doesn’t give you any chance to leave a message it shows that they clearly don’t have enough staff or they’re not caring enough about their patients calls to let you have the chance to leave a message then you try to call and they are gone for lunch so they don’t even have an answering service for lunch they just have a voice activation saying we’re on lunch and if it’s not urgent call back in an hour of course it’s at 1:20 so you don’t know when the hour is it’s a very on customer friendly. As for billing I have insurance I valid insurance they have my insurance information but for some reason I got a bill today from a billing company not even then saying that I am long overdue over a bill for office visit I’ve never gotten a bill before this also this company didn’t even respond to me when I called them and left a message I tried calling here five times today so I am so upset over the overall performance of Dr. BERGER’s customer service and billing service.
