Dr.Holmes and her staff is great been bringing my kids here for years and will continue to do so.,No you can not observe the procedure being performed which is ok they explain what was done to the child.. Thanks Dr.Holmes for all you do in keeping Kids oral hygiene healthy and safe

My daughter needed a filling from lack of flossing. Her first couple visits were great! I was able to go in the back with her. Until she needed the filling. I was told that I would not be able to go in the back with her which was a red flag for me. 3 days ago, she went in for a a cleaning and they decided to do the filling. While waiting, I noticed a little girl came out from the back with puffy eyes, terrified. While the assistant was informing the mom of treatment, I’m noticing the child’s shorts soaked from urinating on herself and I’m like omg my poor baby is back there without my protection. Soon it was my turn to talk with the dentist....my child back was turned to me the dentist was what seemed to me to be bribing her with a tattoo, which she hadn’t done any other visit. She had the same puffy eyes. She is very light skinned so the first thing I noticed was the red marks all over her back and arms. When she turned there was petechiae around her eyes from crying so much. I’ve… never seen that been. Even a ruptured vein right under her eye. My poor child. I was so angry I could not hear anything these people were saying. I remember the dentist antonia saying “see? You were crying for nothing!!” The assistant was in the corner the entire time watching my facial expressions as if she was guilty of something. I felt as if my child had just been abused. Everything felt wrong and I found out from other dentist offices that some of these pediatric dentists are somewhat abusive and does anything while you’re not around. It was truly a horrible experience that day. My daughter is officially terrified of a dentist office. I will continue to spread the word about this aweful place!

Well, for starters, although most of her staff are great, she is very rude! I hate the idea of not going in the back with my toddler. It’s creepy! Ive never had another dentist tell me I couldn’t observe doing an appointment!
