Excellent bedside manners. Very knowledgeable and patient, staff super friendly.

The personnel in his office is extremely incompetent. The office manager, as well as the rest of the personnel, do not help patients or look after their needs. The worst office workers in the Valley.

I went to Dr. Diaz twice. The first was for a referral to an obgyn that my insurance was requiring for my pregnancy. I was 37 weeks pregnant with no complications. When I went in Dr. Diaz said i may be at risk for pre-eclampsia due to my swollen ankles and was very concerned. He wanted to put me on medication. Knowing what pre-eclampsia was I asked if my blood pressure was high because it had not been my whole pregnancy; he said no. He also said my sugar levels were very high and asked if i have diabetes. He wanted to put me on more medication and wanted me to buy a machine to test my sugar levels. He gave me my referral and when i told my obgyn everything, he told me not to take any of the medications prescribed and that I was perfectly fine. The second visit was for a skin condition my daughter had developed. She has had it before and I already knew what medication she needed. He wanted to try something else. Dr. Diaz prescribed 3 medications. I asked if he could make sure they were… covered by my insurance. None of them were nor did they even work. Luckily i had ointment left over from the last time she had this skin condition. It took 3 days to go away with the old prescription. Looking into a new physician. He's nice, but nice just doesn't cut it!!

Went to get an eye exam. Taut I had something in my eye, he gave me medication and didn't help went back after 3 days gave me more medication. Didn't work referred me to an eye doctor and he questioned why he had giving that medication. Had made my eye worse. In my opinion he should of referred me to the eye doctor to begin with and not try to fix me without knowing what med's he was giving me. After $50 plus med's with him and $80 with the eye doctor in one week. not to happy.
