He is friendly and caring. Listens to what you have said. Visits you in hospital.

My parents had seen this doctor for several years and while he at first appears knowledgeable, navigating his office staff has become finally intolerable. The office does not return requests for med refills in a timely manner, and ignores faxes requesting written orders for other therapies. They also have odd rules. Since my dad is healthy he has not had to see Dr Flores in nearly a year; they refused to write an order for an X-ray after he fell last weekend because he had not been seen by them in nearly a year. Another doctor wrote the order and his foot is fractured. I find this to be unacceptable. Obviously not going back.

The wait time in the waiting room is about 10-15 minutes but the wait time in the patient room is about 30, sometimes 40 minutes.
