My experience was wonderful! The staff was helpful and my appointment went smoothly. I was able to see the doctor and discuss my problems to him. He is a good listener and feel glad I met him.

called to cancel my appt a day earlier due to severe flue ,cough and fever.just startet on antibiotics and had to call at 1pm to cancel as i bearly could talk . My voice was giving up on me as well . The lady who answered the phone could clearly hear how sick i was through my heavy Cough and voice and she has told me it will be ,$25 cancelation fee ! I have asked why ? I mentioned to her I was calling a day earlier and she still said I was short of 2 hours for 24 h proper notice ! I just got sick so how did I know that I will get worse instead of better? How unconsidered people ! Never seen anything like that . All they care about is their cancelation fee and established patient does not matter !
