Dr. Antonio Julio Gayoso, MD

I just recently had my upper eyelids done. Dr. Gayoso and his staff were wonderful. Making me feel at ease and talking me thru the whole procedure. I now wonder what procedure I am going to have done next. He and his office are the epitome of professional and I highly recommend his work.

Dr. Gayoso saved my foot. Cosmetic plastic surgery is one thing, and I'm sure he is a maestro in that field. However, I had developed a bone infection from a fracture in my ankle that threatened my foot. I was referred to Gayoso as a last resort. He has an orthopedic background, but not an infectious disease background. Dr. Gayoso was able to abate the infection and close the wound with surprisingly minimal scarring.

My experience with this Surgeon was beyond perfect! He has a matchless bedside manner, spends much time with you, and did a beautiful work on my body!

Dr Gayoso was so real and made me feel that my concerns were important to him. I felt he understood what I wanted and would give me the best result for my body. I consulted with 6 doctors and then found Dr Gayoso. There was no question about choosing him. He was the best one and I felt my search was over. On my surgery day, I was still excited and had no qualm about it. After the surgery I was still happy and felt great, minus the normal pain. I recovered quickly and smoothly. And I was so happy with the result. 14 months later, I am still so happy with the result. I have no regrets and would choose him again for anything else I ever decided to do! I have referred all of my friends to him. He is the best!

I met with Dr Gayoso as I was interested in liposuction and a fat transfer to my breasts. He took his time to explain the procedure, discuss my expectations and what to expect before, during and after the surgery. He and his staff were extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire process. It has been 6 months now and my results are fantastic! Dr Gayoso is an extremely skilled surgeon, with an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Gayoso is my hero having successfully addressed my somewhat unique situation (persistent bone infection, failed skin graft and non-healing wound). Every step of the way has been a pleasant experience and I have been extraordinarily impressed with his breadth of knowledge above and beyond the field of plastic surgery. I liked the fact that Dr. Gayoso was a no frills type of doctor. Since I had been researching many things about the breast augmentations, I asked him before soon I should massage the implants, and he told me that there is no evidence that massaging prevents them from getting hard and to leave them alone where he put them. He was right, they look perfect and I didn't have to do anything afterwards unlike some of my other friends who went elsewhere and had the hassle of doing massaging them everyday. My results are excellent and all my girl friends couldn't agree more.

I was 100% satisfied with everything about my experience!! Super friendly staff who greeted me with my name. Full of smiles and truly cared about me. Dr. Gayoso communicated very well so we were on the same page with my expectations. Thoroughly explained everything and his work is outstanding!! Even the staff at the hospital raved about how awesome of a doctor he is!! Even after the procedure he doesn't leave you high and dry -he genuinely cares about how your recovery is going. I even got a phone call the next day on a Saturday to see how I was doing! Definitely recommend....and have recommended to many personal friends.
