Dr madrid us thorough, personal and professional. He took the time to answer questions I had on multiple occasions. I am now living out of state but still go back to see him!

Dr. Madrid is amazing. He is intelligent and takes the time to explain everything to you. He is gentle, informative and genuine. Definitely an A+ Cardiologist.

The doctor is very relatable always answers questions and in general a patient and caring doctor. However the negativity falls on his secretary seema not returning calls this area needs work.

Dr Madrid, it the epitome of what a Doctor should be. He is smart, he treats his patients with respect and he is genuinely concerned for your well being. Not to mention that he does not schedule his patients with overlapping appointment times, so he could see more patients in the day, they are schedule so that he can give you the time to carefully examine you and to ask and answer questions about your health. He deserves a 5 star rating.

Dr Madrid has got to be one of the most caring connectable physicians I have ever encountered.He listens to you and truly cares about focusing on his patients needs. The office is professional and Dr Madrid is unique. In this age, of all to often compromised care, Dr Madrid stands out among the rest. Kindness, expertise, and a caring heart, makes one's experience with Dr Madrid truly amazing.

I recently left another practice to come to Dr. Madrid. He is fabulous. Never keeps me waiting and is extremely thorough and kind. Speaks in a language I understand and makes time to explain his diagnosis and plan. He is very knowledgeable and current. The secretary, however is terrible. I never ever get a live person, and it takes forever to get a return call, RX or records. The personal connection is lost with her and she's doing him a major disservice. Others in the office are just fine. Trying to reach someone with a real question or a follow up need is very disappointing and requires persistence and patience. Dr. Madrid; however does return messages in 24-48 hrs. Getting through the first time is the hard part.

DR Madrid is a wonderful doctor however his staff has much to improve on. No one ever answers the phone, they do not respond to calls from the pharmacy in a timely manner. I have been forgotten in the waiting room despite reminders that I am waiting too long. Return calls take days not hours .

Dr. Madrid's office was extremely courteous and efficient. Dr. Madrid was wonderful, thorough and right on time. The office experience was a very pleasurable one.
