Dr. Antonio Mancarella was born and raised in the City of Poughkeepsie. He attended Mount Carmel School, Our Lady of Lourdes High School, and Mount St. Mary’s College, before earning his degree from New York Chiropractic College. He returned to Poughkeepsie after graduating and established his practice in 1987.
Along with practicing traditional chiropractic, Dr. Mancarella incorporates many alternative techniques into his treatment protocol. He utilizes adjunctive therapy, including ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation. He has undergone advanced training for rehabilitation and stabilization exercises, which he incorporates into his treatment plans. These elements help strengthen and balance weak areas of the spine that typically contribute to injuries and/or chronic conditions.
