Dont let them give you an at home test without knowing the cost

This doctor is by far the worst doctor in Las Vegas I took my dad here he got there at 12 pm he was waiting in the waiting room for five hours he was called back at 5:05 he was there for five hours waiting in the lobby . When we got to the back the doctor was calling him by a different name instead of his correct name , they are very rude very unprofessional he waited a long time if that was the case we could've gone to the ER and they were very careless very rude people all of them from the front all the way up to the backing including the doctor

even though you have an appointment you can expect to be there for over an hour just for a check up. and to make an appointment is crazy. waited on the phone for over 40 mins just to make an appointment. the Dr. it self is good its everything else that's unsat.

This doctor was so awful, if there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. I've been to many doctors before, and I've never seen one as bad as this one. So unprofessional, very rude, and has no concern for his patients. The staff at his office were just as bad. I usually don't give bad reviews, but this one is necessary because I don't want anyone to waste their time going to see him. He would probably add to your problems more than he could help.

your bed side manner sucks i have degenerative disk disease i have mri's to prove it you treated me like a drug addict and u had some guy xray my back took the xray of the wrong part of my back and when i asked why u said "what do u want from me you dont have insurance" and guess what buddy i have great insurance now and u wont be getting any of it!

I was referred by my friends who has seen Dr. Serru before. It was a wonderful experience. He is very nice. He takes the time to explain and is very knowlegeable. I will definitely come back. I felt better very quick with the treatment.

The dr was very kind and seem knowledgeable. He really took his time to listen to my problems. I was also very happy with the staff.

Dr. Serru Paez is very sincere and was attentive to my mother. He addressed the needs she came in with and her overall heath condition. Very knowledgeable and paid attention to details. Waiting time was average. Would recommend him to others.
