Solid medical knowledge...good treatment plan. Limits appts to 15- min..Unable to have friendly doctor patient relationship. Strict adherence to get in...get out ...on to next patient. If he was more relaxed, friendly and open to discussion. ....could have an excellent doctor...beside manner is everything. Patients are stressed enough. Will cont to see him sec to his knowledge base

I do not recommend this dictor. He will see everybody else first, although your appt scheduled for 1pm he will see you at 3pm for your 5 minute check up. Staff lies by saying this pt is seeing a different doctor. I guess they think people in the waiting room can't hear or don't speak to each other. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HE DISCRIMINATES HIS PARENTS!

Zero bedside manner. I saw him once and that was enough! He showed no outward signs of caring or compassion and was a terrible listener.

Bedside manner - NO Does NOT prescribe any pain medication whatsoever. Doesn't take time to answer your questions. What about the oath that was taken when he got into medical practice, don't you want your patients well????

This is a review of the Practice, not of any one physician in particular, since I was never able to get past the gate keepers. My PCP was not seeing patients at the time and his office staff referred me to the Dobkin/Ricelli practice which was seeing my doc's patients. From the first moment the snippry receptionist chose to question my choice of words when I explained who I was and why I was calling, I knew this was not going to be a good experience. Eventually she did transfer me to another staff member who listened to my explanation and my request for an appointment or at least a consultation to address my health concern. She said, all right let me talk to him and I'll get back to you about what he wants to do. That was last Thursday about noon. It is now 1PM the following Tuesday and I have not heard a word. Wrote down the phone number incorrectly? I doubt it; even if that were the case they had my name and the name of my PCP. Rude staff, POOR management and customer (yes… patients are customers) service.

Staff is very unfriendly, I feel like I'm bothering them.

Rude staff and horribly rude physician. Wretched experience. Doesn't know to listen or take history.

Recently an accident landed me in the ER and subsequently in an I.C. room. While I was there unbeknownst to me, Dr. Riccelli worked for me in the background, I never knew he was aware of my incident, he never stopped in, he never made his involvment known but, he worked to my benefit anonymously. I didn't find out untill two weeks later that he was silently fighting for me. Not many like him anymore, a really great man and doctor.

Dr. Riccelli is a poor doctor. He has bad bedside manner and actually raised his voice at me. I wasn't getting my lab test done as often as I should and he yelled at me instead of explaining why it was important. His staff is terrible. They blame everything on someone else and are rude. Dr. Dobkin on the other hand is good, but he is often hard to see and you get stuck with Dr. Riccelli. Find another doctor's office.
