Excellent physician and staff!

He may be a very good doctor but the office receptionist is extremely rude. She was complaining about a patient call she's just hung up on when I arrived which seemed to set the mood for how I'd be treated. This was totally acceptable by the physician. It is much easier to ignore a receptionist treating a patient inappropriately than to deal with it. I cannot believe it is that difficult to find good help as I volunteer my time helping the unemployed and underemployed to find jobs. In comparison to his receptionist, all of them would do a better job in the area of customer service. Perhaps she was related to him.

I waited over an hour to see someone in a freezing cold office. I arrived at 845 for a 900 appointment. Can't imagine too many people came in before I did. The waiting room was empty and I was brought back to the exam room right away then the waiting started. Lousy service! !

When I lived in Orlando, Florida, I was in the hospital a week for double pneumonia, Dr. Rodriquez was my doctor. He was my lung specialist for almost 11 years until I moved from that location. He was the best pulmonary doctor who gave me excellent care! I will always be grateful for being there when I needed him.
