Dr. Roman is a great doctor and has been very helpful, patient, and accommodating in the several years I have been seeing him. He's very quick with responding to messages online and in the case of out-of-stock prescriptions, Dr. Roman is very helpful in getting sent to another pharmacy on short notice (especially in the case of critical medications). Highly recommend Dr. Roman for anyone in the Dallas area.

He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He is super punctual and patient. Explains things thoroughly and in plain language that is easily understood.

There is one way Dr. Roman's office is different from virtually all other doctors or clinics I've been to. They are ON TIME for everything. I mean, even calling in a refill, it seems to be called in within 5 minutes of making the request on Patient Portal. And in person, one of the friendliest people you're going to ever meet. And although I'm not a doctor myself, he seems to really know his stuff! And despite the punctuality, will take as much time with you as you may need. You never feel rushed despite the pleasantly on-time scheduling. Kind of fun too, which is a very rare quality in a psychiatrist (in my opinion).

The office staff is also friendly and efficient, and the environment is clean and well-organized. I truly felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. That’s why I’ve been going to him for over 8 years.
