Great care, friendly and very efficient! But also very thorough! I would definitely recommend him!!

He was so kind and checked in multiple times during the ER visit (considering he’s the MD). He explained the whole action plan very clearly to determine the diagnosis as well as everything he was doing during each step. Took his time and made sure to answer any questions. No complaints.

He took the time. He sat down and listened to my symptoms and timeline of them. I really thought I had appendicitis. He followed up and offered to repeat my pain medicine. He was very caring and went above and beyond to make sure my pain has eased when I left. He is an amazing caring doctor and would see him again in a heartbeat

I saw Dr. Friedman several times over the course of a few months at the Baptist Hospital emergency room. He was a nice as I've found a physician in many years, never seemed rushed. He was patient and answered all my questions. I only wish all physicians acted this way!

I have seen Doctor Friedman in the ER several times over 10 years. He is professional and has an exceptional bedside manner. He asks questions and listens intently to any concerns I may have and sets a clear plan of action to follow for an optimal outcome. Dr Friedman is a remarkable physician, I would not choose to see anyone else.

I am not one to go out of my way to leave a review unless it’s for unmatched service, and the service I received from this Doctor if we can call him that was exactly that! Unmatched! His lack of Professionalism and his cold and uncaring manner was by far what I have sensed in the past from any emergency room Doctor. Most Doctors probably feel the way he was feeling this day, however most fake it. He was by far cold and rushed, didn’t care very much to make an effort and try to come up with a reasonable reason for my situation, in fact, when I asked what could be cause if my situation he perked up his lips to the side and raised his shoulders kind of how a child would do if you said “why did you do that?”. He could care less what I was feeling and what could potentially be causing this, he literally told me “I have no answer for you”. Baptist use to be know for its top service and its caring Doctors but it looks like they’ve become desperate and just hire tittles and not Professionals.… Either his good reviews are purchased or this guy picks and chooses the people he will have good bedside manners with.

Great experience as a first timer in the ER. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Friedman were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Friedman really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor?s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this ER.

Dr. Friedman is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone.

My father wait 7 hours in ER for a traiment, he never give us explanation about the pain, only when change the turn, other was when other doctor put the treatment for a simple stomach pain, incredible that a real doctor can't make a diagnostic in 7 hour in ER, he es very awful, not empathic and terrible doctor.
