I saw Dr. Patel for the first time. He was thorough and took the time to make sure all of my questions were addressed. He helped me a great deal.

We have had multiple physicians throughout the years, but Dr. Patel stands out compared to the rest of them. He took time to address all of our concerns, and he showed a lot of empathy for my son's struggles.

I felt rushed out during the visit. Dr. Patel did not take the time to read my son’s chart before the appointment and did not seem to have the patience to listen to my concerns. I felt like just another insignificant patient in this insensitive doctor’s schedule. I would avoid him if your child has complex medical needs.

We normally see another doctor but when we were put with him today I felt secure. My child felt safe with him. He did pros and ck and what he was saying made sense
