Dr. Anupama Doppalapudi, MD

After 6 years of care Dr. Doppalapudi decided to make a determination regarding my care and future prescribing physician without consulting the physician or practice she'd be delineating that responsibility to. Ultimately, the provider doesn't have the capability to prescribe controlled substances, leaving me without a medication I've been utilizing for pain management the last 10 years and now without a primary care provider. As someone with a total left hip replacement, CSF leaks, dural ectasia and the fusion of my entire spine due to a progressive inflammatory autoimmune disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis and a life threatening connective tissue disorder called Marfan Syndrome, leaving me without my medication and a PCP is not only something no respectable provider would ever do but its outright medical neglect. Do yourself a favor and choose a PCP with your best interests in mind, not one thats going to make you jump through hoops or just tell you your diagnosis is to complex… and she's no longer comfortable dealing with it. If you're uncomfortable.. let's trade spines for 15 minutes, tell me how you feel then.

Couldn't be any more disinterested in her patients. I've been a patient for about 4 years now and she has not once gotten off her stool to assess or examine me in any way, shape or form. Prescribes medications on allergy list then wonders why you refuse to take them. No sympathy, no compassion, no knowledge, no nothing. Her negligence knows no bounds.
