Once you have been to Dr Saini you realize how lucky you are to have a doctor who listens to you and performs the tests you need and directs you to a specialist if needed and keeps up with your progress. When I leave her office I feel my health mattered.

not at all satisfied with her checkup, not patient enough to hear all the issues i have, in a rush to complete the appointment. Her office ECHN is also a mugger , wnt for routine checkup and they billed for office visit. If you plan to visit her or anyone in that network take a 2nd thot and get all things clarified

Dr Saini is very thorough and caring. She is a great listener. She is down to earth and never talks over my head. She's the best!!

This doctor is friendly and listens to her patients, however, her office is completely disorganized and her receptionist is beyond rude. The clinic in general has no services available except for a phlebotomist who is upstairs on the third floor. (He is the best phlebotomist on the planet!) Also, the clinic is closed daily from 11:30 - 1:00. Which doesn't really matter a lot since you get a busy signal on the phone AT LEAST 60% of the time. The doctor asked me to follow up with her by phone the following Monday. I called Monday - Thursday and only got a busy signal or a recording saying they were out to lunch. On Friday, I reached the receptionist, identified myself, and she told me she had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on me to go find out what she needed to know. She refused to put me on hold while she went to check and, no, she did not bother calling back. I called back Tuesday and got a busy signal. On Wednesday, I got the busy signal 3 times in the morning and… finally got through just before their lunch. The receptionist was again confused about why I was calling back and again hung up; refusing to put me on hold. A good doctor can't survive with horrid office staff and I fear this doctor will have a difficult time establishing a strong patient base because her receptionist will chase them all away with her incompetence. Is the doctor good? I will never find out since I can't get hold of her!
