Tried to find out some pricing from the receptionist. Rudest person I spoke with all morning. Absolutly rude

Staff did an amazing job, when faced with my son and I. He was injured at school, he was injured within the first 30 mins of class and I wasnt notified until after 2:20 pm. Which by then his finger and partially his hand were discolored. I was given a couple options go to e.r. and wait, go to labcorp and see if they could get us in for an xray. Or take the x-ray script on our own to a radiologist. I chose to find a radiologist. By the time k recieve the script, it is now well past 4pm. After a few calls, i quickly realize that it is now approaching 5:15. I gave up finally at this mans office.. I explained what happened and it seemed like they could rly sympathize with what I was having to go through. They played with my 4 yr old son, making him feel safe around the machines hed never seen before. They explained what they were doing in detail and to my son as well, not just me. Cut to the end, he had a fractured finger.. We decided not to cast, my 4yr old is very rowdy and tbought it… would add to his clumsiness.. They did not worry about the time. They were worried about my little boy. Which is rare to see.. Genuine care, raw emotion. Top it off my son also received a call from dr. Khurana. To check on his boo-boo as they called it.
