Dr. Anurag Bhatia, MD

DON'T SIGN THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FORM! Dr. Bhatia is an in-network provider that wants you to sign an intake form that you agree to be financially responsible for anything that your insurance company does not cover. DON’T DO IT! That is NOT how it works when you're an in-network provider. Dr. Bhatia has entered into a contract with insurance companies to accept the contracted payment for services he provides to the members of the insurance company, HIS PATIENTS! When he expects to be paid above that contracted fee then he is trying to operate as an out-of-network provider. Per Aetna, providers CANNOT ask you to pay for services outside of copayments and deductibles. They CANNOT require you to sign the financial responsibility form. They CANNOT refuse to see if you don't sign this form. This is exactly what Dr. Bhatia did to me and that is why I have reported him to Aetna and hopefully they will investigate and put an end to this disgraceful practice. Either you are an… in-network provider or you’re not!

The doctor is great but the staff is non existent, they don't answer the phone at all, if you have to get in touch with ythe doctor for any reason you have to go there they won't even get back to you if you leave a message, just go to a doctor with a staff that does their job.

During phone appointments during virus, myself and 2 other patients waited several days for call backs while our meds were all due. Leaving messages with service, emailing, texting, etc. had no affect.

HE LISTENS HUMAN TO HUMAN LEVEL, UNDERSTANDS YOUR COMPLINS, DIAGNOSE YOUR CONDITION, MANAGES YOUR TREATMENT AS NEEDED, AND GUIDES YOU THROUGH ALL THE WAY. DESERVES THE BEST DOCTOR MEDAL.

I have been dealing with major back an neck problems for over 10+yrs now. I have been treated by two other doctors berore.being treating by Dr. Bhitia. He is the most courtesy,professional, M.D I've ever been treated by. I can actually say he cares, he takes hos time with you to address comcerns an give his best advise for your health not for insurance$$$ checks. O trust Dr. A. BHIATIA with my life an will never question a decision he makes. I know for a fact its in my best interest

Dr. Bhatia was very helpful and caring. He saw his pts based on appt time. I did not have to wait. People were showing up 1 hour after their scheduled appt and his staff was very acomodating.

Treats patents w/ utmost care & shows concern. V. Knowledgeable and diagnosis is accurate. Talks to the point and doesn't dilly dally.
